Big Welcome to Level 2
Plus, tips for helping your kids into their first home and more
As New Zealand moves to Level 2, we hope you’re doing OK and looking forward to reconnecting with family and friends.
Thanks to our collective efforts, we can now get out and about again. We can get a haircut, go to the cinema, visit a museum and even hit the gym – always maintaining physical distancing, of course.
What’s more, property activity is expected to resume, with sales-and-purchase agreements being negotiated, and open homes and in-person auctions taking place again (provided they involve fewer than 100 people at a time).
Sure, it’s not business as usual – not yet. But we’re getting there. Meanwhile, some economists think there may be opportunities ahead for first-home buyers and property investors who are well-positioned to seize them. And some lenders have recently been lowering their fixed interest rates even further.
As for us, we’re looking forward to welcoming you back into our office, and of course, we are also available to assist you remotely if that’s your preference. Just give us a call to arrange an appointment, and in the meantime, have a read of our articles below: it’s good food for thought.
Take care and thank you for your time,
