I contacted Izaz one Thursday evening, met him on a friday- first meeting we got everything done very smoothly. Following Friday I received my pre-approval while I was negotiating on a house. He introduced me to a lawyer and they took care of things where I just had to make myself available. My kiwisaver withdrawal was arranged and on the 3rd Friday I went unconditional. I went to Swift and saw Izaz in mid-late 2023 (If I recall correctly) and I was dealing with some major debt that was weighing on me heavy, I had BayCorp breathing down my neck, I had bills I was struggling to keep up with and I had financial stress on my mind for my future.
When I went into Swift, I met with Izaz, and we kicked it off from the very beginning. We connected, got to know one another a bit out of being open with one another, getting on each others level.
